Business Continuity Solutions

So far this year Westbourne clients have had to contend with hurricanes, storms, tornados and cyclones. The most recent Hurricane Ophelia hit Ireland last Monday the 16th of October causing power outages, flooding and general mayhem.  Our global customers, dependant on our support saw absolutely no change in our level of service despite the fact that one of our main support offices is in Cork, Ireland which was an area hardest hit by Ex-Hurricane Ophelia.

FOLLOW THE SUN

Westbourne established a follow the sun business model in 2014 by setting up a support center in Auckland, New Zealand. We have the capability of providing support for our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When Ophelia threatened our offices in Cork, our New Zealand team stepped up to the plate and worked through the night to ensure that our customers continued to receive the high level of support they’ve come to depend on from Westbourne.   This ability to run both centers in parallel is a unique ability at Westbourne.

Westbourne’s business continuity plans automatically and seamlessly kick into place during disasters, allowing our customers around the world to continue business as usual.
