Pharma Lab Apprenticeship

Modern pharmaceutical laboratories require a broad range of skills to operate safely, productively, and with optimal levels of efficiency. Many roles in the modern pharmacuetical laboratory require skills covering both science and IT, with some roles also requiring knowledge and experience of operational technologies.

At Westbourne, we have a unique Pharma Lab Apprenticeship initiative that upskills and cross-skills our engineering and scientific resources in key areas including validation (CSV and CSA), quality assurance, GMP, GAMP5, LIMS, CDS (especially Empower CDS), data management, and more.

We also have a professional development and continuous improvement culture across the organisation, ensuring you benefit from the latest expertise, knowledge, and industry best practice standards.
